Job Role: Service Administrator
Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break
Salary - £21,840.00

About the Role
Provides end-to-end administration support to the Service Department.
Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis you will (this list is not exhaustive):
- Act as first point of contact for customers on telephone and face to face.
- Dealing with all customer enquiries – both internal and external as appropriate.
- Handling post
- Stationary orders
- Maintaining accurate records including filing
- Providing general admin support
- Dealing with company vehicle admin
- Liaising/communication across teams/departments
- Timesheet data entry and overtime report
- Reconciliation/booking hours to jobs
- Monitoring holidays
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience of working in an administration role
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft office packages
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and work well as part of a team
- Ability to multitask
